A FEDERALIST NARRATIVE FOR EUROPE
28 JUNE 2016, 18:15-20:00 | BRUSSELS
On 28 June 2016, federalist organisations in Brussels held an event on "A Federalist Narrative for Europe". The event was hosted in the Discussion Room of the Imagine Europe project of Bozar, where artists, scientists, politicians, students and citizens gather to discuss the future of Europe.
Four outspoken federalist politicians from different countries and political parties answered questions by a member of the Young European Federalists (JEF) and a member of the Stand Up for the United States of Europe on why they are federalists, why they believe in the project of the United States of Europe and what a federal Europe could actually do to tackle challenges facing Europe today and counter raising populism and nationalism against the European project.
