UEF Serbia celebrated the Europe Day in Pancevo
The Union of European Federalists Serbia celebrated the Europe Day in Pancevo by participation in the panel discussion "European path of the Western Balkans ", organized by the Union of students of Coty of Pancevo.

The welcome note was given by Filip Milenkovic, the Union of students of Coty of Pancevo. The audience was addressed by Danijela Bozovic, Secretary-General of UEF Serbia and Jelena Babic, project coordinator of UEF Serbia, while the local perspective about Europe and future of the Western Balkan region gave Ljiljana Spasic, executive director of NGO Citizens Action Pancevo.

Stressing the importance of celebrating the Europe Day, Danijela Bozovic specifically mentioned the idea of peace as the basic idea of European integration. Through brief description of the book “The soul of Europe: Speeches that Shaped a Contemporary Europe” - which contains a collection of speeches of famous European politicians and presents one of the most important project that UEF Serbia carried out last year - she presented the idea of Europe, the idea of European unification.

Jelena Babic, gave the short presentation of main points and conclusions of the policy study "The future of EU enlargement: the case of Western Balkans". She spoke on the current greatest challenges for the pro-European development in the Western Balkans and possible scenarios for the further integration of the Western Balkans.
