Statutes adopted by the formative congress on 13 April 1973 in Brussels and amended by the:

• 10th Congress on 16 March 1980 in Strasbourg,
• 15th congress on 16 May 1992 in Milan,
• 17th Congress on 18 April 1997 in Vienna,
• 20th Congress on 19 March 2004 in Genoa,
• 22nd Congress on 10th October 2008 in Paris,
• 27nd Congress on 4th July 2021 in Valencia
• 28nd Congress on 20th November in Brussels
• Extraordinary Congress on 6th April in Brussels

As adopted by the UEF Federal Committee as referred to in Art.36 of the Statutes, on 12 October 2008 in Paris and amended in 2021 in Valencia.

These guidelines apply to anyone involved in the activities on behalf of UEF, including full-time staff,  volunteers and potential subcontractors. Child protection guidelines shall be reviewed minimum every 2 years and updated if needed.  The present Child protection document shall be made accessible on the UEF website for transparency
