The goal of the Political Commission 4 is to develop federalist policy on social Europe and home affairs, with particular focus on how the EU could empower European citizens and their rights and what the European social model should look like in a European Federal Union.
Key topics include social Europe, migration, the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice, political and social rights of EU citizens, rule of Law, the EU fundamental values, European internal security (including border management).
